  1. Domain Name – usually everything is accessible via management panel login

    1. The registrar at which the domain is currently hosted
    2. Any management panel login information pertaining to the domain
    3. A list of the host records, including any subdomains

  2. Email

    1. A list of the email addresses and passwords for all mailboxes and mail aliases
    2. If the mailbox is an alias only, the address to which mail is delivered
    3. If the mailbox has forwarding, all addresses to which mail is forwarded
    4. If the mailbox is a distribution list, all addresses to which mail is distributed
    5. The host server name and/or IP address
